If your order does not turn out to meet your requirements, on this page, you have the option to make a return order or to submit a complaint.

I want to return an order


Dear customer, if you wish to return an ordered product and withdraw from the contract, please read the following instructions carefully:

  1. Do not send the product back to the courier company/supplier/logistics partner - this increases the response time from the product seller!
  2. Under the Terms of Service and/or Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25.10.2011 , you have 14 days to return your order after receiving it.
  3. If 14 days have not yet passed since you received your order, complete the return order form.
  4. Remember to enter the same e-mail address that you entered when placing your order..
  5. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us to initiate the return process.
  6. Due to handling requests from over 30 countries, the turnaround time is between 10 and 25 working days.
